Sunday through Thursday, absolutely — we're open around the clock. On Fridays we're available from midnight until sundown, and we observe Shabbat, so we're closed from Friday sundown through Saturday nightfall. Call us right after nightfall on Saturday and we'll be back on the road.

Almost always, yes. We open locks with professional picking and bypass tools designed to leave your lock and door untouched. Drilling is strictly a last resort — for example, a broken or high-security lock that won't pick — and we only do it with your permission first.

Yes — that's one of our most common calls. We can cut and program a new key or key fob for most makes and models, right where your car is parked. Having your vehicle identification number (VIN) and a photo ID handy helps the process go smoothly.

We accept major credit and debit cards. Just confirm your preferred payment method on the call so everything's settled before we head out — no surprises at the door.

We're an observant Jewish business, so we close for Shabbat — from Friday at sundown through Saturday at nightfall each week — as a day of rest. The rest of the week we're here for you: open 24 hours Sunday through Thursday, and Friday from midnight until sundown. If it's urgent, call right after nightfall on Saturday and we'll be back.
